Well balanced

My favorite part about this paddle is how balanced it feels in hand. You can move it as an extension of your body without fighting off wrist strain even after a few rounds. The edgeless design was a new venture for me, but I think I like it. I feel like it gives me more control over the amount of spin I put into serves. The design is cool with a retro feel and the quality of the materials is fantastic. They give you some extra tape as well so you can make adjustments down the road. Only thing I would change is I would include a paddle sleeve like some other Warping Point paddles have. Not sure why they left it out of this model.

Better quality than my old one

I‘ve been wanting to try a raw carbon fiber paddle, and tihs one really stood out because of the rainbow finish. Right away I thought, mabye it would just be about the looks, but it actually feels like a well-balanced paddle built for play. The surface has that gritty texture that grabs the ball nicely, which makes it easier to put spin on shots without having to overwork my swing.

The 16mm honeycomb core gives it a little extra control compared to thinner paddles I’ve used. It‘s solid enough for drives but still forgiving on softer touch shots at the net. The edgeless design also feels cleaner in the hand and makes it easier to maneuver quickly without catching edges on anything. I’m not a pro player by any means, but this paddle makes me feel more confident in my control and consistency.

Comfort-wise, the grip is cushioned just enough without being bulky, and it didn‘t slip even when I started to get sweaty during play. After a couple games, I felt like I was getting the hang of shaping shots in ways I couldn’t with my old paddle. I‘ll update if anything changes after longer use, but first impressions are that this paddle performs just as good as it looks.

Vibrant and Sleek, Soft Feel

This is a comfortable, eye-catching, edgeless pickleball paddle. It is not exactly edgeless, since a slightly raised edge looks like a layer of paint, but there is no standard edge guard. Clear edge tape is included for a little more protection without the bulk. The rainbow gradient is smoothly blended on the edge and appears as geometric gridlines across the face. The paint sits below the grit, so the bright design avoids the slick surface paints of cheaper paddles. The handle is slightly boxier than standard and gives an easy grip. It is cushioned, though the grip tape is not perforated to control sweat. Overgrip tape is included for more cushion. The paddle is nicely presented and suitable for gifting, but there is no protective cover.

In play, the paddle is light, comfortable, and has a soft feel. I feel less of the impact when hitting the ball. Power and spin seem fine, but it feels more suitable for long, casual games than quick and aggressive battles. Edgeless paddles like this have less protection in case of scraping after a low ball, but I like them. They tend to be lighter and feel sleeker. This paddle has a forgiving sweetspot and no dead spots. I like it a lot.

Another great product from Warping Point

I have found that warping point makes quality pickleball paddles and accessories and this paddle was no different. It comes in a very good looking box, that would be suitable for gifting, and has overwrap tape as well as additional handle tape. The colors on this paddle are prenominal (if only I could play as well as the paddle looks). It's coated with T700 carbon fiber and has a honeycomb core. I noticed good pop off the ball when striking. As with all their other paddles, the surface of the paddle is edge to edge so you won't have to worry about mis-hits from hitting the edge guard. This paddle is intended for use for upper level players but would be suitable for players of any ability - I'm a big fan of getting a paddle I can grow into instead of buying a cheaper paddle and then having to upgrade.

Edgeless 16 mm design - High amount of grit - Impressive graphical design

Warping Point is known for its leading edge paddle designs. Their Rainbow paddle combines honeycomb core, foam, and a comfortable handle to produce a paddle for those in the low end of the DUPR scale. This paddle has eye-catching graphics, meaningful surface grit and weighs in at 8.1 oz. The target audience should ignore the wisdom that this paddle should not be used by those who cannot execute a 3rd shot drop. It’s all about the fun of it.

Paddles in 2025 are all carbon fiber and are seeing foam used to seal some of the polypropylene honeycomb. All this to allow a more consistent shot with a little bit of the “trampoline effect.” The Rainbow has this. But it has surface grit that is out of this world for a low DUPR paddle. Other paddle manufacturers control this grit to a precise level during the manufacturing process. They’re like a Subway sandwich; the roast beef is portion controlled down to the gram. Warping point slobbers on the grit. They are like a hot pastrami sandwich from Katz‘s Deli in NYC. You get more than you expect.

The Rainbow has an average sized elongated head. The grip feels good in my hand and the paddle comes with overgrip to enhance the tackiness. The paddle plays like all the component parts, carbon fiber, honeycomb, foam and surface finish are connected strongly. Hits are the sweet spot are rewarded with a tactile sense that you have achieved something good. Off hits, which are where most low DUPR players live, get over the net somehow. If your playing style focuses on spin, the Rainbow will reward you with balls that dances as you want them to.

The graphical design of the Rainbow uses neon colors rather than the traditional rainbow colors. It is pleasing to the eye. So are the edge graphics, which I hope survive playing with the paddle. The outer box also has interesting graphics. The box itself is solid and together with the graphics and paddle, I can see this product as giftable.

The Rainbow paddle by Warping Point delivers on the promise of a superior paddle for the low DUPR players. If I think about it, I can‘t see how this paddle cannot be for the better player.

Top rating.

Great paddle

I am searching for my Goldilocks paddle and this feels like it is a solid contender. I love the moisture absorbing handle, the quality and design as well as the weight and feel of using it. I am learning about the spin and the different surface finishes as well as finding the sweet spot. This paddle is capable of upping my game in its ability to affect the spin. Great to play with and great price point.

Excellent Paddle for Intermediate Players!

This paddle is a game-changer! The T700 carbon fiber face feels crisp and responsive, giving great control and spin on every shot. The 16mm honeycomb core provides a nice balance of power and touch, and the edgeless design makes it comfortable for quick swings and fast rallies.

It’s perfect for intermediate level players looking to step up their game. Lightweight, well-balanced, and stylish. The rainbow design is a fun bonus on the court and really makes it stand out! I'd recommend it for anyone looking to advance with a little flair!

Good power and control with excellent spin. Great for beginner to much higher level.

Great feeling paddle, good power and control with excellent spin. The sweet spot is right where it should be and is larger than many other paddles. Balance is slightly head light which allows excellent hand speed. This has got to be one of the better deals on a quality paddle. The colors make it really fun to pull out of your bag. I am using it for training beginner to intermediate players and they all like it. Several higher DUPR players (4.0) have tried it and at least one bought one. I'm a 4.5 DUPR and find it fun to play with. This is a great paddle to buy as you can grow with it, you won't outrun the paddle.

Seamless Shots

I was a bit skeptical about the edgeless design, but after a few games I’m convinced. The paddle feels more forgiving, and I don‘t get those annoying mishits on the frame anymore. It really opened up my hitting area.

Extra Spin Control

The ball grips the surface just enough to give me more spin on my serves and third-shot drops. As a 3.5 player working on control, this has been a game-changer.

Edgeless Design + Spin Control

This CF face, 16mm pickleball paddle has an edgeless design, gives you a larger surface area for contact and control. This paddles design is focused more towards spin control, and has a large sweet spot. Comfortable grip and a well balanced design, allow for more control with less strain. Well made, and great looking paddle. A good overall package that includes some extras.

Many Happy Returns

This paddle is a great choice for players looking to step up their game. The T700 raw carbon fiber face gives it excellent spin potential and control, making it easier to place shots with precision. The 16mm honeycomb core feels solid yet responsive, providing a good balance between power and touch. Its edgeless design is sleek and modern, and the rainbow finish really stands out on the court. It’s clearly built for intermediate players (3.5-C4.0), but even casual players will notice the difference in feel and performance. Overall, a well-designed paddle that combines style, control, and quality. The rundown ...

Solid option

This racket feels lightweight yet sturdy and durable. The honeycomb core feels really sturdy. The grip has just enough give to it to make it comfortable to play with for longer. It's nearly edgeless which is a nice touch. And, it looks good too. Overall, great potential for ball control and precision.

Responsive, durable, and spin-friendly.

This pickleball paddle is fantastic for serious players looking to up their game. The carbon fiber face feels incredibly responsive, giving precise control over every shot. The honeycomb core provides a perfect balance of power and touch, making both smashes and dinks feel effortless. It‘s lightweight yet solid, and the spin-optimized surface really helps when placing tricky shots. It’s a high-quality paddle that feels professional and fun to play with every time.

I think it’s a good value for anyone looking for more spin and precision in their play.

I liked the edgeless design and carbon fiber face. Right away, I noticed the difference in control and spin compared to my old paddle, the surface really does grab the ball well, which makes placing shots a lot easier. The 16mm honeycomb core gives a nice balance of power without being too hard on the wrist, and the paddle feels solid but not heavy. The rainbow finish is also a fun touch and stands out on the court. I‘d say this paddle is definitely geared toward intermediate players who want to step up their game, and after using it a few times I can see why it’s recommended for the 3.5-4.0 level. Overall, it feels well made, comfortable to hold for long games, and I think it‘s a good value for anyone looking for more spin and precision in their play.

Looks sleek and performs

The Warping Point Rainbow Pickleball Paddle is one of the most impressive paddles I have tried in this price range. The T700 raw carbon fiber face gives it an excellent feel on contact and allows you to generate incredible spin with very little effort. The 16mm honeycomb core provides a solid and predictable response, which is ideal for a control player like me who wants precision at the kitchen line and consistent touch for resets and dinks. The edgeless design gives the paddle a clean and modern look and offers a generous sweet spot that rewards good mechanics.

What really stood out to me was how well balanced this paddle feels in hand. It has just enough weight to drive the ball with confidence but stays light and maneuverable during fast hands battles. As someone who values control over sheer power, I appreciate how it allows me to guide the ball exactly where I want it while still giving me enough pop to put points away when I choose. The grip is very comfortable and stays secure even during long matches. The rainbow finish is also a nice touch and gets plenty of compliments on the court.

Overall, this is an outstanding choice for players in the 3.5 to 4.0 range who play a thoughtful, placement-based game. It performs like paddles that cost much more and is a true confidence booster for players who prioritize precision and spin. I recommend for its combination of control, design, and value.

Great Paddle!

This paddle from Warping Point is an excellent choice for beginner or intermediate players. The edgeless design with a honeycomb core feels much better than the usual edged paddles, offering a smooth, consistent hitting surface across the face. The grip has just the right tackiness, girth, and length, making it comfortable to hold and swing. I was able to generate spin with slices and topspin easily, and the weight strikes a nice balance - not too light, not too heavy - which is ideal for newer players. Straight out of the box, I felt comfortable with its performance, and my game didn‘t skip a beat. Overall, a reliable, well-designed paddle that anyone can pick up and enjoy.

Customer Review
Solid mix of finesse and power

I think Warping Point makes good value paddles, this being my 3rd from the brand.

This paddle has great grip for finesse and a pretty powerful hit.

I’m about a 4, generally preferring finesse to power. This paddle is a great mix where I feel like have the ability to play with adequate finesse without sacrificing too much power.

I don’t like the edge guard too much. It‘s a clear sticker you apply on your own. It was a pain in the butt to put on and it didn‘t want to stay on for weeks. It seems to finally be staying on now. Unlike my other 2 paddles from this brand, this one didn’t come with cover, despite being the most expensive.

Still, at $120 I believe this is a great value.

Great looking paddle and very well made and packaged

Great looking 16mm edge-less paddle with a carbon fiber face that has some texture to it. That texture really makes for some good spin on the ball. When I played with it, I felt like it had plenty of power and good control when dinking shots. The grip is comfortable and it's packaged well with an extra grip overwrap and protective edge tape. This is an excellent price for such a quality paddle. People have noticed it each time I brought it to the court.
