This warranty policy applies globally to products purchased through authorized Warping Point channels.
All paddles and bags purchased through official Warping Point channels are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery (365 days). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use only.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product and is non-transferable. To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including but not limited to:
Please note that products purchased through eBay, Facebook groups, secondhand marketplaces, or any unauthorized sellers are not eligible for Warping Point warranty coverage.
Warping Point will review all submitted information and determine whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage.
If the product is approved for replacement under warranty, Warping Point will provide the same product model, size, and color as the original purchase.

Warping Point reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the damage is determined to be caused by misuse, negligence, abnormal use, intentional damage, or factors unrelated to manufacturing defects.
The following situations are not covered under the Warping Point warranty:
Normal cosmetic issues such as fading graphics, minor scratches, surface marks, or other visual imperfections that do not affect product performance.
Damage or wear resulting from regular use over time, including edge guard wear, grip deterioration, and surface wear.
Damage caused by hitting objects other than pickleballs, dropping the paddle, improper storage, moisture exposure, excessive heat, or other unreasonable use.
Damage resulting from throwing the paddle, striking the ground, abusive handling, or any intentional misuse.
Adding edge guard tape, weighted tape, or replacing grips will not void the warranty. However, damage caused by disassembling, modifying, or altering the paddle structure, face, internal components, or handle may result in denial of warranty coverage.
Products purchased through eBay, Facebook groups, secondhand marketplaces, or other unauthorized sales channels are not eligible for official Warping Point warranty coverage.
If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty period from the original product. The warranty period will not restart or extend.
