NEED TO KNOW
BLACK FRIDAY FAQs
Everything you need to know before you shop.
How are Black Friday discounts applied?
Black Friday prices are already reflected on participating product pages. No discount code is needed. Additional paddle rewards are applied automatically when your order meets the qualifying requirements.
Which paddles qualify for the free gift and extra $10 off?
NEON, SOPHON, and NIGHTBLADE are eligible for both additional rewards.
RHYTHM, AETHER, ASCENT, and GRASP are available at their displayed prices but do not qualify for the free gift or extra $10 offer.
How do I get my free ASCENT pickleballs?
Purchase at least one eligible NEON, SOPHON, or NIGHTBLADE paddle to receive a FREE 4-Pack of ASCENT PICKLEBALL BALLS.
The offer is limited to one free 4-pack per qualifying order, regardless of how many eligible paddles you purchase.
How does the extra $10 off work?
Buy any two or more eligible NEON, SOPHON, or NIGHTBLADE paddles and save an additional $10 on your order.
You can purchase two of the same model or mix different eligible models. The additional $10 discount applies once per order.
Can I purchase featured paddles and other Black Friday deals together?
Absolutely! You can add any participating products to the same order.
However, only NEON, SOPHON, and NIGHTBLADE count toward the free gift and extra $10 rewards. For example, purchasing one NEON and one AETHER will not unlock the additional $10 discount.
Can I combine Black Friday deals with other discount codes?
Black Friday prices and the advertised paddle rewards cannot be combined with additional promotional or ambassador discount codes.
No code is needed to enjoy the eligible Black Friday offers.
Do you offer free shipping during Black Friday?
Yes. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping to supported destinations.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout.
When does the Black Friday sale end?
Our Black Friday offers run from November 16 through November 30, 2026, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on November 30.
