my wife, son and i have recently been into pickleball the past year. i had gotten both of them prince paddles. while me, used a hand-me down from our friends who introduced us to the game.
didnt think i needed any better one as the paddles are light in nature. but boy was i wrong when i held these bad boys.
first impressions were this was of QUALITY. the box, the space bubble wrap in foil?????? the bubbled protection??? All i hear is premium left and right.
then i held the paddle. darn, i was wrong. this thing is incredibly LIGHT. first thing i did was tough the face of the paddle and my fingers felt like i was touching sand paper (not in a bad way neither!). i immediately though "potential".
wrapped it in my fav orange grip tape and went for a spin. couldnt believe the control and speed i had with this paddle. with the added tape and the innate ability of carbon fiber to absorb impact/shocks, serving and just overall hitting was a penny and a dream :).
the fact that its a 16mm, it definitely aids to induce confidence. especially for relatively new'ish' player such as i. the added thickness, although on paper, makes it heavier to swing (doesnt cut air easily), the fact that its made from light materials such as CF, in a way, offsets this. in turn, the performance, i would describe as "the forgiveness of a 16 but the agility of a 14" if that makes any difference.
overall, i am and will continue to enjoy this in the months to come. i hope they stand the test of time as they truly do feel premium.
From the paddle face to the handle wrap, this is one well made pickleball racquet. At over $100 I would expect nothing less, but if you are playing pickleball and want to elevate your game, you will love this racquet! The paddle face isn't a smooth gloss like a lot of cheaper ones, it has what I can only describe as a fine grit sandpaper which provides excellent grip to the ball allowing for great spin. Seriously, other players are now considering getting one of these after seeing me with it and using it themselves. The handle is wrapped with a nice absorbent wrap and they include an extra wrap which is a very nice touch! The racquet as a whole is very finely crafted and I couldn't be happier with it! Highly recommended if you are really into pickleball!
This paddle has a very balanced weight, responsive feel, and sleek design which gives any intermediate level player confident control and power on every shot. Whether you‘re dinking or driving, this paddle delivers precision and performance. Very gritty. Definitively recommend this paddle.

The paddle comes well packaged in a bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard box. I played a night of pickleball with it to write this review. I think it's important to say that I have been playing for almost two years now. The first year-and-a-half, it was purely fun play. Just getting together with friends to hang out and get some exercise. I started with a cheap paddle and then an intermediate one for that time period. Within the last five months, I started playing a little more seriously with an additional group that really know how to play. I bought a higher quality paddle and just recently (prime day deals) bought an expensive paddle at a very discounted price. So I have a range of experience with paddles.
For this review, I'm grading it on a beginner/intermediate paddle level. The grit on the paddle is great and will definitely help with spin. The head weight feels unbalanced from the handle, the head is a little heavy. However, the paddle is light (for me). The play of the paddle is flat. I have to put a little more into it to get the ball where I need it. You can definitely here and see the difference between a higher end paddle and this one. I noticed that there are definite vibrations when I drive the ball and the sweet spot seems almost non-existent. These things can be mitigated with a hex grip (or similar) for the vibrations and lead tape to increase the stability and widen the sweet spot.
As a beginner/intermediate paddle, this is a good find leaning more towards the beginner side. At the intermediate level, this paddle is passable but you would want to look into investing higher. If you are looking to play at an advanced/competitive level, you will want to look elsewhere.
This is a really nice paddle! Its super lightweight and has a great texture to grip the ball and improve your accuracy. It seems very durable and has increased my hitting confidence. It also came in a really cool package and came with an extra grip wrap! I would definitely recommend this paddle for any level of player.
I was a little skeptical spending this much on a paddle for casual use, but shockingly it made a difference. The frame is light and the grip has held up even in hot, outdoor environments. The lightweight makes it easier to control spin and the unibody pressed design has not shown any signs of slowing down. If you’re a casual pickleball player looking to step up from basic, this paddle is excellent.
This is a great paddle. It is a well-made paddle. It is a lightweight, balanced paddle that is a good weight. It is a responsive paddle. It has power and control. This paddle delivers performance and precision whether you are driving or dinking. The paddle surface is gritty which provides control and spin (lots of spin). I like the longer handle which allows for a two-handed backhand. The grip is comfortable. The paddle is good for beginners through advanced. It is a very good value. I enjoy playing with this Warping Point Keystone Pickleball Paddle.
This is a very competetive pickle ball paddle. A little larger and much thicker than a beginner's paddle. It is very comfortable in the hand with a nice grip and lightweight even with the larger and thicker material. It gives one more control and power with every hit. The size and the thickness makes it much more durable than the average pickle ball paddle. This has added much pleasure to playing pickle ball.

Please keep in mind that I'm a beginner at pickleball, and I don't have a lot to compare my experience with this paddle against. But I've managed to take this paddle out a couple of times in an effort to hop on the pickleball bandwagon, and I'm pretty impressed. It feels balanced in my hand, not too heavy, but still solid, making consistent contact easier than I expected. When you connect, the ball hits with a satisfying pop, which honestly, is part of why I wanted to play in the first place!
Is it worth the price? Again, I'm not sure. I'm happy with what I paid, and the quality feels very good- I don't think I'll have to replace it any time soon.
This appears to be a top-quality pickleball racquet from the WARPING POINT brand, that I would think can only improve your game!
I confess that I'm not a pickleball player, but I ordered this for my daughter, who is an avid one. She has been using it lately, and says that it performs very well, with a firm grip and a very solid feel, despite its light weight.
Based on her enthusiastic analysis, I will give this paddle 5 STARS!!!

It's a good weight, not too heavy but not too light either. I don't know if all pickel ball paddles have this but there is a nice grip on this paddle which makes it easier to hit and control where you want to send the ball.
I got this paddle mainly because my kid just started practicing pickleball, and so far, it’s been a good fit for us. The carbon fiber surface feels durable, and the paddle isn‘t too heavy, which makes it easier for beginners to handle. The grip is comfortable and doesn’t slip even after some sweating, which helps with control.
Overall, it‘s a reliable paddle for beginners or those who play recreationally.
I'm not a pickleball expert or anything, but this seems like a very good paddle. Comfortable grip and your hand doesn't slide around on it. The rubber piece at the top of the grip is a good feature that my other racket doesn't have. The price was around $89 when I got it I think and now it's up to $122. I wouldn't pay that much for it, but otherwise, good racket.
This paddles price point and performance can not get better. The paddle plays very controlled and has some nice pop when you add a few piece of lead tape. I highly recommend this paddle especially at its price point

I am very happy with this Keystone paddle from Warping Point. I have played with a Warping Point paddle before, so when I saw this on Vine, I figured it would be worthwhile to check it out.
The paddle is excellent quality and it's impressive right out of the box. I also like that they pack their rackets in a box for better protection, as even the big boys like Selkirk and Joola only ship their rackets in bubble mailers with a higher potential for damage.
The overall design of the paddle is well thought out and the grip has an excellent feel in your hand. It's just the right amount of grip for me and i don't think you will need any additional grip aid at all. Mine weighs out at exactly 8 oz, which is basically right in the middle of the range they give you and is pretty much on par with any of the paddles I play with. The face is advertised as "micro-textured" carbon fiber, and plays like a raw carbon fiber face as far as the spin ability is concerned. It's super grippy and you can put some really solid spin on the ball all day long. The 16mm honeycomb core is well constructed and the sweet spot is slightly larger than average.
This is a great paddle at this price and brings a ton of value to the table. It's beautifully constructed, plays extremely well and comes packaged nicely. I would absolutely recommend this paddle!
Given that this is a budget priced paddle, and I only knew the brand from a training paddle (those tiny ones that are almost impossible to make good or use enjoyably no matter wh makes it)... I was shocked by how well this performs. First, on taking it out of the box, I could see that it was well crafted for its price point. The carbon fiber surface, especially, is extremely gritty and tacky out of the box, and feels like it will hold up more than long enough to justify the price point. I tried playing with this paddle and alternating it with my $130 favorite paddle. To be honest, I couldn't see any difference in how well I played with either, and I've been playing regularly for almost 2 years. This paddle is well balanced, light, has power and grit. What more do I need? A fancy name brand to impress everyone? Well, if you've got a few franklins just to drop on that without any actual gain in performance, the market is glutted with options for you. If instead, you just want a paddle that will let you play well, do its job admirably, and... perhaps lead your opponent to underestimate you.... all while saving you a few hundred you can spend on something else... this here is a great paddle! I will seriously consider replacing it with another when it wears out, and in the meantime it's going to see plenty of rotations into my games to help extend the lifespan of my other paddles and mix up my games. Thanks Warping Point! You surprised me with this one and deserve a solid point on the budget paddle list! For disclosure, this is my 7th paddle. It easily beats out the first 3 budget paddles I had, some of which are "name" brands. We won't talk about the plywood paddle. It ranks up there with my current two faves, one of which is a lesser known budget brand at a similar price point, and one that is a well known mid price brand. Excellent value for the money and I expect I may become a follower of this brand, especially when giving gifts to get new people in the sport.
I was a little taken back when I first got this paddle. It's price range was putting it up against the aluminum core paddles, and a lot of more inexpensive paddles have this type of honeycomb core.
WOW, I am very impressed. It's a lighter paddle than I'm used to, but it handles great and the front of it has a very "sandy" feel to it, making it perfect for high spin shots. I don't feel like I can quite get the power of a heavier paddle, but the sheer speed of this makes it amazing for doubles play where the reaction time is so important.
Great intermediate paddle.... and some pros might even keep it standing by for certain matchups!
