At Warping Point, your experience matters to us. We want every paddle and product to truly fit your game. If you encounter any issues, we’ll do our best to make things right.

All return, exchange, and refund requests must be authorized in advance by contacting the Warping Point support team at support@warpingpoint.com. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

30-Day Risk-Free Paddle Trial

At Warping Point, we want every player to find the right gear for their game. That’s why all paddles purchased directly from the official Warping Point website are eligible for our 30-day risk-free trial.

You may use and test your paddle on the court for up to 30 days. If it does not meet your expectations, you may choose to exchange it for another Warping Point paddle or request a full refund.

Customers in the United States and Canada are eligible for free return shipping under this program. International customers are also welcome to participate; however, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We’re committed to helping you find the paddle that best matches your playing style and performance needs.

Please Note

This policy only applies to paddles purchased directly from the official Warping Point website. Products purchased through Amazon or other third-party retailers are subject to the return policies of those platforms or retailers.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, all returned items must meet the following requirements.

General Requirements

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and seals where applicable;
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required;
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method;
  • Warping Point is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Return Requirements for Used Paddles

To qualify for the 30-day risk-free trial or general returns, paddles must meet the following conditions:

  • The paddle must not be structurally modified or permanently altered in any way;
  • Overgrips, edge tape, and edge guard weights may be applied and removed, provided they do not damage the paddle;
  • The original factory grip must not be modified, removed, or replaced;
  • The paddle must show only light normal use and must not have significant wear, deep scratches, cracks, chips, or other damage.

You are welcome to test common paddle accessories during normal play. However, if the paddle structure, face, or butt cap has been modified, Warping Point reserves the right to deny the return request. For example, replacing the original butt cap with a weighted butt cap will void return eligibility.

Non-Paddle Product Return Policy

Products other than paddles are also eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact;
  • The product must remain in new and unused condition with no visible signs of wear or damage;
  • The item must be in resellable condition.

Warping Point reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

The following items or situations are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards;
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, loss, or unauthorized modifications;
  • Products showing excessive wear, heavy use, washing, alterations, or damage;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1|Submit a Request

Please contact our support team at support@warpingpoint.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos or videos showing the current condition of the product;
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies under our return policy.

Step 2|Ship the Item Back

Once your request has been approved, please securely package the item, preferably using the original packaging, to help prevent damage during transit.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. If your order qualifies for return shipping coverage by Warping Point, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Step 3|Inspection & Processing

After the returned item is received, our team will inspect it within 1–3 business days.

If the return meets all policy requirements, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • If the return or exchange is due to a Warping Point shipping error, product defect, or verified quality issue, we will cover all return shipping costs and waive any related fees;
  • For paddles eligible under the 30-day risk-free trial, customers in the United States and Canada will receive free return shipping and no additional handling fees;
  • International customers may also participate in the 30-day risk-free trial program, but all return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer;
  • For return or exchange requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery, if approved as an exception, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and to the original purchaser;
  • Once your return has been approved and inspected, we will begin processing your refund;
  • Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform;
  • If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to officially post;
  • If you have already confirmed with your financial institution and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@warpingpoint.com.
